Excellent Claims Entry Solution
SolAce includes a patient and address database to let you track patients, guarantors, schools, employers, and physicians. Patients can be linked to all these different entities and subsequently used to auto-fill a CMS-1500 or UB-04 form with all but the service lines and facility block. Our claim copy feature lets you rebill common claims repeatedly, especially nice for Chiropractors or providers who have regularly scheduled patients. SolAce also includes a bill codes feature to let you fast-path service lines, with an unlimited number of fee schedules.

You can create a new claim in just seconds. Simply select the patient, enter the date of service and bill code on each line of service, and save.

Reconciles Outgoing Claims with Incoming Acknowledgments
SolAce matches every electronic claim with acknowledgements received from payers and let's you know if there is a problem. What is SolAce EMC™ Multi User?
SolAce EMC Multi-User Edition is secure, multi-site, and multi-user. That means it can be installed at your site as a multi-user electronic claims solution. Or it can be hosted in an application service provider (ASP) model for secure access across any IP network. Built-in 128-bit SSL encryption keeps your private health information secure without expensive virtual private network solutions. Depending on the payer you are reaching, this product would need a dial-up modem to be installed to serve the task runner. The task runner saves your staff time by scheduling claims to send and receive automatically. This product also has specific server requirements that will need to be considered when making this selection.

Purchase orders are accepted for state and federal agencies, and for orders of 3 or more users. We often have promotions for solo practitioners, government agencies, and non-profit agencies. Please call to inquire.

* A Site is a unit of data separation that you may define. Most people are fine with one Site ID being issued. For example; some large facilities have one billing tax ID and bill from a central billing office, so they need only one site ID. Others may want to have separation of data for each facility. If you want separation of data you need to request multiple Site IDs. An additional fee will apply.

**Billing Services and Facilities should not order SolAce Desktop Edition. It is a single user, single desktop license intended for locations without Internet access and would be limiting to a busy facility. Desktop is not available to a Billing Service.

Workstation Requirements
The recommended computer setup is a 500Mhz or better computer with at least 256MB of memory. Recent operating system releases do require more memory, so adjust accordingly for your environment. Recommended video resolution is 1024x768 with 256 or more colors. Windows 98 and ME are still supported but not recommended as of SolAce EMC versions 3.x.

You will need a 56k modem on the computer you want to transmit from if using SolAce EMC - Desktop Edition or SolAce EMC - Multi User Edition, depending on the payers you wish to reach. Most of the Medicare Intermediaries require dial up transmissions. The SolAce Support Team still recommends having Internet service on the computer SolAce will be installed on in order to give you the best support possible.

Server Requirements
The requirements for the server at your location can be provided to you by your sales representative if you are considering one of our SolAce EMC - Multi User Editions.
