SolAce Secure Wire is distributed by Ivertex under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

Open source means you have the freedom to run, copy, distribute, study, change and improve the software, so long as you license your changes under the same terms. The only cost is your time. It does not mean that Ivertex provides free support, bug fixes, diagnostic assistance, installation, or integration help. If you really do want it for free then you must "Use the source, Luke". Organizations desiring to use SolAce Secure Wire on different licensing terms can contact the copyright owner (Ivertex) for special arrangements.
